Returns & Exchanges

You receive a product in the wrong size

How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange:
Go to the Orders section on our website and initiate a Return/Replacement request.

Please include clear photos of the product and a brief explanation of the issue.
Our team will assess the case and provide guidance on the next steps.
Refunds and Replacement
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Alternatively, a replacement product will be shipped to you, depending on availability.
